So what exactly is Scotty Chan? Scotty Chan is an entertainment group, mostly music-based, featuring Scott Bull and Jennifer Jacker-Bull, and was formed in 2000 by Scott Bull. with Jennifer Jacker-Bull joining in 2002. Scott Bull is an accomplished musician, poet and author, and is also working on a stand-up comedy career, as well as being a martial artist. Jennifer Jacker-Bull is very passionate about animal welfare.
